CWCA Annual Assessment

Capital Property Solutions handles all the invoicing and payments for the Civic Association. They also administer the deed restrictions you accepted when you purchased your home.  The CWCA bylaws stipulate that an assessment is collected on all properties in order to provide funding for any services and amenities that are part of the neighborhood. The subdivision developer installed many of the amenities and services such as the North Reserve and corner street lighting which have been and continue to be under the direction of the CWCA trustees.
 
Your dues pay for the following: The electric bills for all streetlights at the entrances and street corners, including the streetlights located along SR 204 and Milnor Road.  Any and all maintenance items and costs related upkeep of any streetlight in the neighborhood and property in the Reserve areas. The mowing of the grass in the North Reserve.  Property tax on the North Reserve.  This web site.  Currently, neighborhood volunteers maintain our entrance lights and streetlights. Dues cover entrance landscaping and all flower and shrub planting.  All plants, materials and services, when needed, are also purchased with association funds. Publishing the newsletter. They also support annual CWCA activities and events as well as any major capital repair or replacement costs to any property maintained by the CWCA.  Also, covers daily operations services provided by Capital Property Solutions to CWCA association.  
 
We respectfully ask that you remit your dues in a timely manner so that we can continue to maintain our neighborhood.  Most of the newer subdivisions surrounding Chevington Woods have dues of $250 per year or higher. The Board of trustees works diligently to keep our dues as low as possible.  Volunteerism of you and your neighbors, who help maintain these services, are a great contributing factor in keeping CWCA dues low.  The annual assessment for 2026 is $95.  If you would like to volunteer or are interested in serving as a trustee, please click on the "Contact Us" link on the left-hand side of the page and let us know.
